Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner Location: Lincoln, CA 95648 Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (No nights, no weekends) Are you a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our healthcare team in Lincoln, CA. Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages within the family practice setting.Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.Educate patients and their families on preventive care, health maintenance, and wellness. Qualifications:Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California.Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a family practice or primary care setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
