READ PRIOR to APPLING Applicants Must Pass a Background Check Must Pass DOT CERTIFICATION SAFETY ORIENTED Operate Bucket Truck & Areal Lifts Experience in Leading Team of 10+ individuals Valid Driver's License with No Traffic Infractions (or minimal) Includes Carpet Cleaning if/when season slows down Reliable transportation to get to Head Quarters Body Strength : Must be able to Lift 50 lbs Leg Strength : to Climb Ladders Core Strength : to Stand for an extended time Back Strength : to Bend multiple times daily Arm Strength : to Control a Window Washing Pole Bravery: Handle Heights of 80ft in the Air Be Adventurous : to Travel to different Quad City Areas in Both IOWA & ILLINOIS Endurance : to a complete weekday jobs & be available for Over-Time w/ Over-Time PAY! Adaptation : to work Window Washing Early Mornings in different daily Midwest Elements , Job Starts in Early Spring through Late Fall! Alternating with Carpet Cleaning Jobs. Health Benefit Stipend Provided Week Paid Vacation Starting your Paid Training Adventure at $15.00-$17.00 per Hour PLUS POTENTIAL OVER-TIME PAY!!! ( Pay rate based on experience ) Positions are available in the Quad Cities area. Applicants must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy. Attendance is extremely important .
