JOB AD DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dedicated and member-focused Member Experience Specialist to join our branch team. As a Member Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional experience to our clients, handling their financial needs, and promoting our products and services. Essential Functions Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner Provide personalized assistance and guidance to members in managing their finances effectively. Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet members' financial goals. Open and close accounts, process loan applications, and assist with other financial services as needed. Resolve member concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures. Support the Credit Union's business development efforts by soliciting new memberships at the branch and local businesses, attends SEG visits and performs outbound calls. Assist the call center when needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets. Qualifications Prior experience in banking or customer service roles preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and banking software applications Proficient in 10-key and typing skills.
