Growing Home Care Agency is seeking a full-time Scheduling (PCA) Coordinator to join our team in our Brooklyn Office. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9am- 5pm, Friday 9am - 1pm Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, demonstrating professionalism and care in handling inquiries with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability and patient need. Process payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or other team members. Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Intake, to assist with translation when/if needed.
