This position is only open to C2C candidates. This hybrid role is on-site in New York City. 36 month assignment.Rate: 60-70/hourData Management QC Administrator who will provide support of production and development environments for our city wide automated time keeping system (CITYTIME). Mandatory Qualifications: Strong client-side manual and automation testing skills and will be responsible for building out test scenarios and automation scripts. Expertise in developing automated QTP scripts using Keyword Driven Framework and Descriptive programming. Experience in test data management – Identifying the data requirements, prepare and maintain data. Skilled in SQL and database testing. Expertise in Quality Center administration, customization of projects. Experience in HP Quality Center and IBM Rational ClearQuest integration. Experience in creating scripts using Quality Center API for bulk data manipulation. Ability to work in a highly agile environment and work on multiple projects/tasks at the same time. Sound knowledge of Test Management in Quality Center, right from Creation of Requirement’s, Creation of Test Cases in Test Plan, Setting up Test Lab with Regression suite for build/release regression, Defect Management, and development of QC reports. Knowledge of the City of New York timekeeping. Bachelor’s or master’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field. Primary Responsibilities: Test enhancements and defect corrections for the City’s timekeeping system CityTime. Create functions, keywords, and actions in VB scripting for new features and enhancements. Develop and maintain in-house tools to automate the test data setup. Coordinate with cross functional teams (java/wmb/mainframe/DBAs etc.) to get the tasks done. Involved in Test Tools upgrades and infrastructure upgrade testing. Create test plans for any new product releases and infrastructure upgrades. Reports re-design. Testing on the improvements on PMS to CityTime Download process. CityTime Blaze Decision Tree upgrade Testing Formbuilder Framework Removal Phases 5 and 6 testing. Datamining for CityTime Automation Framework Cognos Reports Redesign Testing. Powered by JazzHR
