Job Summary Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a Full Time Dietitian to join our food service management team at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. Bucknell University is highly regarded for its academic excellence, strong sense of community, and commitment to providing students with a well:rounded education that prepares them for success in their careers and beyond. This private liberal arts university is known for its beautiful campus situated along the Susquehanna River, in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities: :Provides medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, nutrition educationfor the student population:Follows all guidelines as outlined within the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies and Procedures Manual:Complies with all regulatory standards to include federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations:Trains and mentors food servicestaff and interns as applicable:Participates in student satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs Qualifications: :Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR):Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required:One (1) year of hospital experience, preferred:Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical record and diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programmingApply to Chartwells Higher Education today Chartwells Higher Education is a member of Compass Group USA Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
