The Role The Sr Network Implementation Program Manager reports directly to our Manager of Field Operations and the position will plan, schedule, coordinate, and project manage a wide variety of projects involving the construction of OSP facilities, buildings, road moves, etc. including the oversight of engineers, construction supervisors, contractors, various trade workers, project managers, etc to effectively monitor and manage quality and completion of work and resolve specific issues.This position must ensure projects are completed with quality, on budget and within time constraints. The Main Responsibilities:Outside Plant construction project management:Perform site survey and develop scope of work:Create hard cost estimates:Manage project budget:Experience using a GIS mapping tool:Relationship building with Vendors:Quality audit of work performed by vendors:Responsible for work load balancing among resources:Responsible for functional management of a market:Field interface for engineering and construction:Multi:discipline expertise and responsibility:Complex work using external vendors: complex network expansion, complex relocations, complex building adds :Support EPM I:Emergency cable restoration on:site event coordinator:On:Call rotation for fiber damages and maintenance activity What We Look For in a Candidate Required :Bachelors Degree with 6+ yrs of experience or 4+ years with a Masters Degree.:Knowledgeable and able to work in appropriate systems and Microsoft Office:Fluent on current approved products and technology Compensation The starting salary for this role differs based on the employees primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individuals qualifications. Location Based Pay Ranges 80510 : 107340in these states: AR, LA. As with the pay range variety thats based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
