Your role at Sephora: As a Program Manager you will oversee a portfolio of project initiatives and will provide hands:on leadership and direction to a team of project managers leading those initiatives. We are looking for someone who can be a steward of our delivery and development methodologies and drive consistent practices throughout the organization. This person will thrive in a fast:paced, dynamic work environment and have extensive experience leading retail technology project and program managers.Reporting to the Senior Director, PMO you will drive direction, planning and execution for initiatives within the Retail Portfolio. In addition, you will: :Drive alignment across multiple projects, ranging in complexity, to ensure success of key IT initiatives: Manage a team of project managers and provide strong leadership for managed projects and programs: Responsible for the project delivery of multiple cross:functional initiatives within given program area: Provide input to the strategic planning for the PMO including roadmap planning, budget, resource planning, and helping grow the org: Own the Retail Roadmap and managing changes and Financial management for the Retail Portfolio. : Proactively anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts or project issues: Implement PMO best practices; drive methodology standardization and implement iterative process improvements: Provide context and support as we rollout new processes and tools, drive adoption, and be a champion for the "why": the business rationale for implementing the change: Plan, monitor, and track project deliveryand take corrective action as appropriate.: Coach, mentor, and train as appropriate: Participate in recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new team members: Curious and excited about Sephora's business and the opportunity to help our organization to scale and grow: Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
