About the Job Pay starts at 16.50 per hour. Additional pay increases acquired as additional skills are obtained and yearly, based on performance. Night shift premium of 0.80 per hour, when applicable. To lead and support the site material movements : material management, material flow improvements, coordination with logistics and all production areas. Communication with off:site warehouse on hours outside of Logistic hours, transporting finished materials from lines to packaging Provide oversight to all contractors performing work on areas of responsibilities Must have the ability to coordinate with Production Scheduling, Logistics and the shift production workforce to assure that orders are completed in a timely fashion with the value that meets and exceeds the customers' requirements. Inventory control through, spreadsheets, visual control and SAP transactions Experience Demonstrates initiative to support teammates as needed. 1:3 years of Forklift experience High School diploma or equivalency Ability to work in at a fast pace and stay on task.
