POSITION SUMMARY: Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants for the Community Action Treatment (CAT) Team Administrative Specialist who will work with a multi-disciplinary team that provides intensive, comprehensive community-based services to youths ages eleven (11) to twenty-one (21). The CAT Team is a safe and effective alternative to out-of-home placement for children with serious behavioral health challenges. The CAT Team supports the goals of the youth and family by enabling them to sustain themselves within their family system and community. The function of the CAT Team Administrative Specialist to this team is as the organizational hub to keep the many moving parts connected. To do this, you will assist with managing the day-to-day operations of CAT Team services, be the first point of contact for referrals and be responsible for the administrative tasks of the CAT Team. As a member of the CAT Team, you will be called on to interact with clients and families, providing a face of encouragement and advocacy.
