Our staff members are a vital part of our organization as they are the face of the company to our customers!We currently have the following position available:Full Time Contractor Sales AssociateStaff Benefits:• Competitive Pay• Product Discount• Medical Insurance• Voluntary Benefits (Dental, Vision, etc.)• Paid Holidays• Paid Time Off• 401k PlanDuties:• Assist all contractor customers in enhancing the profitability of their business by providinginformation and product per customer request.• Assist homeowner customers meet or exceed their goals for their project.• Actively research and seek out local projects where products can be marketed.• Perform job site consulting, job site assistance and job site deliveries.• Process special orders for contractor customers.• Solicits business, by telephone, from new and existing customers.• Support retail sales when conditions dictate.• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.• Meet, or exceed, annual performance metrics defined for the Contractor Sales Team.• Other tasks as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the Contractor Sales Team.Skills/Qualifications:• Superior Customer Service Skills including quality assurance & problem resolution• Basic Computer Skills• Building Material and Building Concepts Knowledge• Able to manage multiple priorities/tasks in a fast paced environment• Able to estimate material requirements needed for project
