Executive Assistant Location: Union, NJ Duration: 3 months Description: Under the general supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, has responsibility for the initiation, coordination, and implementation of events and travel. Experience with event planning from venues to catering. Clear and timely communication with all parties. Processes and approves catering order across the University. Experience with travel planning and reimbursement. Examines requests, financial quotes and supporting documentation for policy compliance. Analyze quotes by cross-referencing with local prices and US General Services Administration. Compliance with travel policies and procedures. Ability to prioritize travel requests. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Skills Required Experience with approval workflow systems, such as Workday. Experience conducting travel comparisons, finalizing arrangements, clear communication, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize, ability to analyze documents against policies. Education Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
