You'll be assessing our clients' fitness levels, developing individualized training programs, and ensuring they're using equipment safely. Our ideal applicant has expertise as a fitness instructor or trainer, as well as great customer service abilities. Apply now if you're eager to help our clients get healthy and fit! Responsibilities: • Decrease the chance of injury by teaching clients appropriate techniques for all exercises, especially for specialized equipment• Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client• Customize training routines to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals while staying within their current physical capabilities• Track and adjust client progress and make changes to fitness plans accordingly• Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety Qualifications: • This role requires fitness instructor or personal trainer certification• Outstanding time management and organizational skills• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service Compensation: $25 - $27 hourly About Company: At Valley Fitness we’re not just a gym; we’re a thriving community dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
