Domain is seeking a full-time inside sales rep to service our fast-growing customer base. This position will require a strong work ethic and commitment to satisfying customers' needs. Benefits: • $50,000- 60,000 salary depending on experience plus upside commission • Hybrid work available• Actual experience with a growing, developing company• Mentorship from a highly experienced management team• Opportunity to develop highly marketable skills and grow your resume and network• Medical, Vision, and Dental health plan offered• 401k Retirement Plan with match (up to 4%)• Full-time position- 40 hours per week Responsibilities:The position requirements below and not limited to:• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails • Understanding customer needs and requirements• Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met• Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again • Learn and utilize our sales CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers• Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure quotas are met• Report to the Sales Manager to assist with any incoming leads from their clients Qualifications:Domain is searching for the following individual:• Energetic and lively personality• Looking for a career growth opportunity• Take action attitude• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team’s collective success in serving our customers• Motivated and excited about Sales • Embrace Domain’s culture and Core Values Not required for the position but helpful: • Experience working with Hubspot • Interior design knowledge• Previous Sales experience Compensation: $80,000+ About Company: Domain Rental Furnishings is a fast-growing furniture rental company serving the entire DMV.
