A newly founded team-based, physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in beautiful Campbell County, Wyoming, is adding a board-certified Pediatric Endocrinologist to their team! They are adding a pediatric endocrinologist due to increasing demands of more complex patient panels. Opportunity Highlights Enjoy a true work/life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule & no on-call or weekends. Practice 100% Pediatric Endocrinology in an outpatient, in-person setting. Employer encourage providers to spend more time with their patients and adjust for this with lower daily volume expectations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team that includes pediatricians, nurses, dietitians, psychologists, and other specialists. Recruitment Package Employed position offering salary range of $250k -$416k, depending on experience. $30k Commencement bonus, $100k Retention bonus paid over 3 years, and $20k Relocation. Exceptional benefits include employer-sponsored health insurance, a 401k retirement plan with 8% match, 6 weeks of Paid Time Off plus 6 paid holidays & sick days, $5k CME allowance & 5 CME Days, and much more.
