Hybrid/Remote Position What you’ll be doing: Grow and maintain a very positive team and sales culture Recruit, hire, and develop BDRs so that they are successful with our company and long term in their careers Identify, make recommendations, and implement areas of improvement around process, efficiency, and productivity Partner with senior sales management, marketing and other business partners to develop a successful GTM strategy Refine and evolve a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for running and growing the team Provide regular updates into the effectiveness of current strategy based on data and sales reporting What we expect from you: Have a minimum of 4 years of proven working experience as a BDR Manager (experience as a sales executive a major plus) A consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement Have a deep understanding of how to implement and execute a multi-pronged approach Proficient cold caller with the ability to train BDRs to be effective callers An all-star copywriter that evokes the right emotion from our target audience Have a passion for working for a mission driven company Powered by JazzHR
