Job Description: As an Account Manager at Yellow Letter HQ, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of direct mail campaigns, meeting and exceeding client expectations. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and marketing objectives.• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing regular updates on project status.• Collaborate with clients to develop effective direct mail strategies tailored to their needs. Project Coordination:• Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of direct mail campaigns.• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.• Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Strategic Planning:• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to optimize the impact of their direct mail campaigns.• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and solutions. Performance Analysis:• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide clients with actionable insights for continuous improvement.• Collaborate with clients to assess the success of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization. Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in account management.• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.• Proficiency in spreadsheets and Adobe Suite.
