Job title: Associate Brand Manager - Nutrition Department / Division: Nutrition Marketing / Marketing Salary Grade: EXA 17 Salary Range $107,052 - $138,538 Location: Ada, MI *Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be able to report in person to Ada on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays as part of our collaboration days with Monday and Friday optionally in the office or working from home* What We're Looking For: Looking for a thrilling opportunity to showcase your exceptional marketing skills and drive growth for the #1 supplement brand in the world? We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager on our Global Nutrition Brand Management team. As a critical member of our marketing team, you'll be instrumental in executing exciting projects and initiatives that will boost Nutrilite sales.You will be working in the weight management category, partnering with teams to develop and commercialize new weight management supplements based on consumer insights and portfolio strategy. You will bring leadership and fresh ideas to the weight management category in a visible role, offering products that our Amway Business Owners (ABOs) want to sell and our global consumers want to buy. Working with a talented Marketing team and an extraordinary range of global partners, you will lead projects and partner with cross-functional teams. Understanding consumer needs and ABO business drivers, you will help define ideas, drive the development of new products, and inspire impactful go-to-market plans. Your balance between creativity and analysis will help drive projects through the development cycle, working from ideation to post-launch, touching every step of the Idea-To-Market (ITM) process. You will mine data insights, analyze the competition, and study trends to write concepts and drive strategy. Your role will bring the framework to product launch plans, and working with global partners, you will deliver new products into our global markets. Required qualifications: Minimum 8 years of brand management/marketing experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related Business discipline Ability to travel globally, up to 15% Skills to be successful in the role: Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Exceptional results orientation - with a high degree of personal initiative, resourcefulness, and leadership Skilled problem solver with the ability to deliver insights from existing data and interpret them into meaningful solutions/implications Talent to "think outside the box," offering fresh ideas that will fuel new opportunities Ability to recognize and communicate trends Ability to multi-task and adhere to process is a must Strong communication and presentation skills Good balance of creative, analytic, and innovative thinking skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Passion for nutrition, Health & Wellness a plus Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and commitment Self-directed with a demonstrated sense of accountability Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a dynamic growth-oriented business Experience managing budgets Talent to collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to bring projects forward to completion What's special about this team: This talented team is at the heart of wellness and nutrition, the "lifeblood" of our Amway business.
