Job Title: Senior Pension & Benefits Specialist Department: Talent and Communications Competition: 86859 Internal/External: Both Employment Type: Full Time Permanent Location: Remote in Canada Salary: Competitive Compensation Package Reports To: Director The Senior Pension & Benefits Specialist is a member of the Total Rewards team and supports pension, benefits, and wellness strategy initiatives by providing support on research, analysis, delivery, evaluation and effective administration of the programs and initiatives. This includes providing subject matter expertise in pension and benefit best practices knowledge to support HR and the organization. In this role, you will provide analytical support in the development, implementation and monitoring of all Total Rewards activities including analyzing and monitoring programs, upholding data integrity and providing timely responses to queries and escalations. As well, this position will project manage new programs within the TR function, including Workday Benefits.
