Our Back of House/Kitchen Team Members work in a fast paced, high energy environment. The responsibility of our kitchen staff is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. Requirements/Responsibilities Back of House / Kitchen Team Member Requirements & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities: * Consistency and Reliability* Cheerful and Positive Attitude * Values Teamwork* Loves Serving and Helping Others * Willingness to learn and adapt Applicants must be able to:* Work Quickly and Efficiently * Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines * Maintain Proper Quality Parameters Hours for night shift are between 3:00 PM and 10:30 PM. The Back of House / Kitchen Team Member is available for both full time and part time hours. An availability to work during peak service times will be expected. Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other restaurant jobs is preferred but not required.
