Responsibilities: • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business• Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction• Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline• Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements• Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision Qualifications: • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability• Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required• Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred • Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License Compensation: $125,000+ yearly About Company: CityScape Metro Group has grown by over 400% in the past year and it wasn't by accident.
