We are looking for an experienced, service, and detail-oriented mortgage loan officer to join our team. We believe in removing obstacles and creating a supportive environment for you to thrive in. Responsibilities: • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals• Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters• Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business• Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Qualifications: • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability• Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit• Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required• Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 yearly About Company: CityScape Metro Group has grown by over 400% in the past year and it wasn't by accident.
