Description:
Yearly Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 Responsibilities :Design and analyze structural systems and components for various construction projects.Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using drafting software such as MicroStation and Revit- Perform calculations and simulations using engineering software like Mathcad and FEA- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential design issues or conflicts- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering- Proficiency in drafting, technical writing, and communication skills- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, system design, and project engineering principles- Experience with software such as MicroStation, Mathcad, Revit, and FEA- Familiarity with building codes and regulations- Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamWe offer competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits packages, and opportunities for professional growth.
