Denver, CO Full-time $150,000.00 - $200,000.00Posted 04/12/2024This position of Engineering Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, construction and maintenance of electrical systems. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge in the areas of engineering, construction and electrical, with the ability to lead and guide team members to successful completion of projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the efforts of a team of engineers in the design, construction and maintenance of electrical systems.Develop plans and timelines to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members, as well as mentorship to junior engineers.Solve complex engineering problems and provide solutions to management.Ensure that all engineering work is being conducted safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress to upper management.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.At least 8 years of experience in an engineering role.Strong knowledge in the areas of engineering, construction and electrical.Previous experience leading and managing teams.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Nice to have: experience with design teams and electrical systems.Professional Engineering (P.E.) license.BenefitsBase competitive Salary: 130K - 175KESOP - Employee Stock Ownership401KAnnual bonus program based upon performance, profitability, and achievement17 PTO days per year plus 10 paid holidaysMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceTerm Life, AD&D Insurance, and Voluntary Life InsuranceDisability Income Protection InsurancePre-tax Flexible Spending Plans (Health and Dependent Care)BenefitsVacation/PTO1Medical2Dental3Vision4401k7Bonus6Relocation5Telecommute10Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred SkillsElectrical EngineerElectrical EngineeringNECElectrical DesigningAutoCADNavisworksMission CriticalData CenterRevitProfessional Engineer
