Requisition ID:72502 Sr Principal RFIC Design Engineer Job Description: Diversified Analog Solutions (DAS) business unit is seeking an experienced RFIC design engineer for our infrastructure products. The candidate will lead the chip design for infrastructure products, achieving some of the most challenging specs. The candidate must have high volume production experience and can plan IC design and test from scratch. The position can be on:site in any of our major locations: Woburn, Andover, Ottawa, Irvine, and San Jose Requirements: : Hands on design experience in varies infrastructure products : Linear and non:linear mid and high power PAs: High isolation and high linearity RF switches: TDD and FDD LNA: Indepth IC design experience in GaAs, SiGe, SOI, pHEMT, and GaN in Cadence and/or Keysight ADS: Expertise with at least one major EM tool for full IC + module level simulation: Strong understanding of IC design flow: Knowledge of digital communication system and 3GPP standard is a plus: Good communication and management skills: Min MSEE + 10 years of experienceLI:SJ1 The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD 136,800 : 271,500per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
