Requisition Summary PACCAR Powertrains Advanced Analytics team is looking for a Program Manager interested in all aspects of the data science cycle with a mechanical engineering background. A successful candidate will be curious, self:driven, analytical and excited to play with data. This position is located at our PACCAR North Texas location in Lewisville, Texas. Job Functions / Responsibilities:Onboard new parts for predictions by gathering information from mechanical engineers/data scientists:Collaborate cross:functionally to ensure program success:Coordinate activities to make predictions available to various end:users:Define and evaluate key metrics and understand what moves them and why:Ownership of conceptualizing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and visualizations:Communicating technical ideas to non:technical stakeholders by translating complex findings and results into a compelling narrative Qualifications Required Qualifications :2 years of Mechanical Engineering experience:Knowledge of: :Diesel Engines:Emissions regulations:SQL and Python:Ability to partner with cross:functional teams using strong written and verbal communication:Demonstrable track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing, and delivering results in a dynamic environment:Initiative on solving problems and completing tasks in a reasonable time frame Preferred Qualifications :Solid understanding of analytics techniques and statistics:Experienceperforming thorough exploratory analysis :Emissions Compliance experience Education:Bachelor's degree in engineering required, preferably Industrial or Mechanical.:Masters degree preferred.
