Project Overview The Cheniere Corpus Christi Liquefaction (CCL) Project is a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) export facility located on the north shore of Corpus Christi Bay in Gregory, Texas. The 1,000+ acre facility started bulk early works in July 2015 as the first greenfield export facility in the United States. Bechtel has successfully and safely completed construction and it now consists of three operating Trains with an LNG production capacity ofapproximately 15 million tons per year (MTPA), three LNG storage tanks with combined capacity of 480,000 cubic meters of LNG, 2 Jetty superstructures that can accommodate the world's largest vessels, and dozens of associated buildings and utilities. Corpus Christi Liquefaction Project Stage 3 (CCL3) is a new phase at the existing CCL facility and will consist of seven midscale liquefaction trains with an LNG production capacity of approximately 10 MTPA and associated infrastructure including utilities. CCL3 will perform all this work predominantly on a direct hire basis with support from only a few specialty and service subcontractors. Position Summary The Lead Mechanical Superintendent will be a supervisory position.Responsiblefor the organization and direction of mechanical construction and related activities, which may be in a single area or across multiple areas.Coordinateswith other discipline superintendents within assigned area of operation and, if required, with the client's resident representatives on jobsite activities.General responsibilities are to ensure assigned mechanical operations are compliant with all ES and H policies and procedures, design/specifications, completed on schedule, within budget and to quality standards. Roles and Responsibilities :Provide ES and H leadership to personnel assigned to the mechanical department. This includes preparation and implementation of safety procedures and leading Bechtel and subcontractor safety meetings.:Responsiblefor overall supervision of mechanical personnel in assigned area of responsibility.:Ensures performance evaluations are conducted on assigned direct hire craft.:Performing end of year performance reviews for field non:manual direct reports:Ensures personnel receive progressive training to enable them to assume additional responsibilities.:Responsiblefor the mechanical workforce organization including coordinating activities with designated managers or corporate resource departments, preparing, and submitting craft personnel requisitions, and ensuring effective personnel utilization.:Manage the 90 day and four week look ahead schedules for labor and equipment.:Prepares Field Material Requisitions (FMRs) for tools and consumables; also, monitors tool usage and ensures the craft personnel have the tools they require to be
