Optimize labor resources, aiming for a 20% efficiency boost. Demonstrate expertise in departmental production, packaging, and delivery routes. Possess basic baking knowledge to ensure product integrity and quality. Uphold stringent cleanliness standards, overseeing the sanitation of work areas and equipment to comply with food safety regulations. Safeguard the bakery premises at the end of each shift, ensuring security protocols are followed. Act as a diligent reporter of any discrepancies, facilitating seamless communication via email or text. Embrace flexible shifts and hours to accommodate the dynamic nature of our industry. Hold a valid driver's license with a clean abstract and possess computer literacy for effective communication and reporting. Utilize strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors effectively. Work under the guidance of the production supervisor, contributing to the overall success of our bakery operations. Hold a valid DOT card to fulfill transportation requirements.
