Healthy Smiles Family Dental has an opening for a Dental Assistant / Front office position that needs to be filled ASAP’! Starting hourly rate: $25 - $35 per hour.Days are Monday - Saturday (closed Wednesday and Sunday) Our current team is energetic, family oriented, motivated and have a team goal of delivering the best dental service possible to all our patients. If you feel you will fit in with this type of atmosphere, please send over a copy of your resume and we will contact you ASAP! DENTAL ASSISTANT:- 2+ Years experience- Spanish speaking and experience using Easy Dental software is a plus!- Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient.- Provide new patients with forms to complete.- Provide existing patients with forms to update information if needed.- Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.- Provides information to patients and employees by answering questions and requests.- Provides materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments and in the patient's mouth.- Educates patients by giving oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions.- Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
