The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development in the dynamic field of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with product information, orders, billing inquiries, and general support. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. Perform additional administrative tasks and duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, internet navigation). Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
