Please ask about our generous referral fees! ASAP Ongoing Need Schedule: Clinic on Thursdays and Fridays. No call. No weekends. Patient Population: 100% Adult Caseload: 100% Adult. Pediatric 0%. Neonatal 0%. Trauma 10%. Average # of patients per day: 15 Total Number of Beds: 300 The Locum Physician is not required to supervise other healthcare providers No other Vascular Surgeons be present during the Locum Physician coverage Vascular Lab Onsite Number of Exam Rooms: 3 Level III Trauma Describe office ancillary staff: Front office, 2 medical assistant, 1 mid-level in the office, 2 mid-levels at the hospital, 3 vascular techs in the office EMR System: EPIC Board Certified in Vascular Surgery - Required BLS - Required Active CO License or IMLC - Required COVID Vaccinated Required Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
