Account Executive - Full-Time We are hiring for both of our office locations in New Castle and Grove City, PA. Candidates located in or near either city are encouraged to apply! We are one of the largest family-owned, independent full-service Insurance Agency in Western Pennsylvania. We are a boutique agency that provides very high quality, high touch levels of service to our clients and we are looking for the right person to join our terrific team. We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our team. With a competitive salary range of $30,000 to $70,000 (based on experience) annually, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and expertise. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of insurance policies while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is eligible for our full benefits package including • 401k Match • Health, Dental, Vision • Profit Sharing • Paid Time Off Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention• Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base• Monitor insurance policy renewals and proactively address any issues or changes• Consistently provide the customer with prompt, knowledgeable, and timely responses to calls or inquiries• Document calls, activities, and transactions in the Account Management System• Check/Process policies and endorsements• Quote new and renewing policies on carrier websites and/or PL Rater• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned• Be A Team Player! Qualifications:• Strong emphasis on customer service experience is required• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must• Having a current P&C License would be advantageous• Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial for this role• Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook is highly preferred• The ideal candidate should be dependable, well-organized, and able to multi-task effectively• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment is essential• Team-oriented mindset is important for collaboration• Reliability is a key trait we are looking for in potential candidates• Demonstrating sound judgment, outstanding decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills are necessary for this role Compensation: $30,000 - $70,000 annually BOE About Company: Anderson Insurance Group is one of the largest family-owned, independent full-service Insurance Agencies in Western Pennsylvania.
