LP Fitness Transformation Center is booming, and we're searching for a fun and dynamic fitness instructor who can lead new and engaging classes for our members. You'll be responsible for organizing and teaching exercise classes for a range of various-sized groups. While we want our programs to be physically challenging, we also prioritize safety and matching the fitness levels of our participants. If you have a positive attitude, a love for fitness, and think you can create an exceptional experience for our members, apply now! Responsibilities:• Safely instruct a variety of exercise classes to various groups of members with varying fitness levels.• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by keeping members entertained and providing value to each client.• Cultivate a fun, community atmosphere within the business.• Encourage members to continue their pursuit of excising and help them make good health decisions.• Being present in your classes and managing distractions.• Utilize social media and networking to promote classes, programs and encourage new membership.• Embodying the LP Fitness Transformation Centers Core Values and executing them to the highest degree.• Presence in the LP Fitness Transformation Center Community. Qualifications: • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service• Outstanding time management and organizational skills• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly About Company: LP Fitness Transformation Center, Lincoln Nebraska's premier destination for achieving your health & fitness goals!
