Let us explore this together For an overview of our benefits here at SABIC, : yoursabicbenefits Job Summary To manage the Inspection Engineering team in order to ensure technical integrity and technical risks management in accordance with Sabic, state, and federal standards and requirements. Oversee MI inspection contractor resources to ensure safe, timely, and cost:effective execution of our MI inspection scope. How You Can Be the Impact stylemargin:bottom:13.0px:: Lead your MI engineering team and MI contractor resources to improve plant mechanical integrity as per Sabic standards, Code, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.: Work with your team to develop ways to detect equipment degradation and develop effective plans for equipment retirement.: Support investigations on material and corrosion fields.: Support maintenance by providing all Non:Destructive Test (NDT) requirements.: Develop metrics and reporting tools to ensure completion of inspection activities and timely feedback to all concerned.: Ensure your team is consistently setting inspection frequencies based on experience and applicable standard.: Organize investigations and Failure analysis to determine the reason for failure and give suitable recommendations. : Ensure your team is reviewing Inspection Technical Reports and effectively addressing the findings. What Matters to SABIC stylemargin:bottom:13.0px:: BS Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Equivalent. :5:10 years experience in manufacturing related positions and preferably in Maintenance Management and Mechanical Integrity Management:Working knowledge of API standards (510, 570, 653): Strong Leadership and Management Skills. : Excellent in planning, making decisions and analytical problem solving. : Effective organizational skills. : Proven ability to work effectively with lead
