Do you want the ability to work Hybrid? Texas Family Initiative LLC has the job for you! We are looking for full-time Foster Care Support Worker to add to our team! All you need is a High School diploma or equivalent required. We will teach you the rest! A Day in The Life as a Foster Care Support Worker As a Foster Care Support Worker you will provide support to Case Managers working with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Intake and Placement Supervisor may be asked to teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families, among other things. Support Workers work as part of a team to access resources, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people's lives. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, and who wants to help families in times of crisis to build on their strengths for healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting them with community resources to improve their lives.
