We actively seek talented individuals dedicated to enabling low-cost wind energy to join our rapidly growing Pampa team! Job Summary: As a Production Manager, you will oversee the manufacturing process and ensure efficient production operations while maintaining high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, coordinating workflow, implementing process improvements, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise manufacturing supervisors and staff to achieve production goals by effectively communicating job expectations, providing guidance, coaching, and addressing performance issues. Organize and monitor workflow to optimize efficiency and productivity, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Monitor and control each step of the manufacturing process, adjusting processing variables, observing equipment performance, and allocating resources as needed. Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational expenses. Development of training and coaching plans for direct reports Oversee training to production operators in order to develop their skills and capabilities to increase productivity levels and maximizing profit where possible whilst maintaining cross functional skills Develop and maintain production schedules, assign tasks, establish priorities, monitor progress, and resolve any production-related issues. Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines by enforcing established procedures and standards. Coordinate equipment maintenance and evaluate new technologies or techniques to improve production efficiency. Compile and analyze production performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze operating practices, record-keeping systems, and resource requirements to develop and implement effective systems and procedures. Promote a safe and clean work environment by educating personnel on safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Address personnel issues by identifying issues, identifying solutions, and collaborating with HR to implement appropriate actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to company-wide initiatives as required. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and coaching abilities to effectively manage a diverse team. Proficiency in managing production processes, implementing process improvements, and production planning. Familiarity with controls and instrumentation systems to monitor and optimize production operations. Strategic planning skills to develop and execute production strategies aligned with organizational goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail and analytical mindset to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. Commitment to safety and ability to enforce compliance with safety regulations. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with a large ERP system, preferably Oracle Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel Employment at Keystone Tower Systems is contingent upon a satisfactory background check, satisfactory drug screen results, and passing any further pre-employment testing and or screening required for this position.
