Qualifications: Demonstrate ability to deliver solutions through the team from problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis, development, testing and delivery on complex projects spanning Finance. Must be able to coach and develop teams through this process. Capable of communicating appropriate levels of process and technical detail across different organizations and hierarchiesAbility to think creatively and recognize, develop, and encourage creativity in Possess a solid understanding of Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles and build it in others Strong understanding of financial and accounting business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes. Experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent ERP Applications is needed. Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with business analyst, development, or consulting experience in enterprise-level solutions Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle. Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Accounting, MIS, or a technical-related field. Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations. Good project management skills. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). Independent, self-motivated. The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
