You will be able to take ownership on projects as well as get a feel for day to day work in each of your 6-month rotations. In addition to the project work, Medline will provide you with learning/networking opportunities throughout your rotations through available job shadows, lunch & learns with company leadership, in-house trainings/classes, and a formal mentorship program. The rotational opportunities will cut across all divisions, providing you with a broad and valuable experience, allowing you to see firsthand what it takes to be an industry leader. Rotation options include, but are not limited to: * Marketing* Product Management* Operations* Talent Acquisition/Recruiting* Business/Pricing Analysis The responsibilities of positions within the program may include: * Regularly perform duties core duties expected of Associate level professionals in the assigned division/team * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and common goals * Research the market and performing analyses to determine new opportunities to grow the business* Communicate with customers, reps, internal departments, and vendors, as needed* Recommend and implement improvements, modifications or additions to current state* Participate in overall strategy, competitive analyses, research and development requirements, as well as other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA* Previous internship experience preferred* Active interest in the Healthcare industry preferred* Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow-up skills required* Excellent presentation skills for large and small groups* Must have strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills* Must have a bias toward action and be results oriented* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook* Unrestricted permanent US work authorization Benefits: Medline is committed to offering competitive benefits and a variety of choices to best meet the needs of you and your family.
