Job Description We are seeking a Legal Support Specialist to work with our team of lawyers and assist with legal tasks. As a Legal Support Specialist, you will contribute to the preparation of legal documents, conduct legal research, and provide administrative support. Your duties will include: Preparing legal documents for court proceedings, including motions and pleadings Conducting research on relevant laws and regulations Organizing and maintaining legal files and documents Corresponding with clients and legal professionals Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in a legal setting preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for advancement Training and development programs Friendly and supportive work environment Convenient downtown location
