Our clients enterprise survey platform team is expanding to align with increased demand of data management that will facilitate better reporting outcomes. This role will work with business and technical experts to support data engineering best practices related to customer voice of stakeholder data. The individual must have strong analytical and technical skills coupled with the ability to deliver a quality product on time. The individual will be expected to support both tactical and strategic data needs to support the organization.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the ETL process for the eNPS program and Clarabridge tool; including data collection from internal and external sources, validation, file and report generation, using APIs to move data in and out of multiple sources.Create and maintain documentation for current and future processes; including data flow visuals, data lineage, automated job inventory.Support ad hoc reporting requests utilizing multiple data sources.Own, resolve and close user stories in Jira.This is an onsite role.Personal Competencies:Strong quantitative analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsHas a consultative mindset takes pride and responsibility in work produced/results achievedHighly organized and tenacious about getting the details rightCourage to ask questions and suggest improvementsAbility to manage own timeAbility to rapidly adapt to changing prioritiesTop 3 Non-Negotiable Skills: SQL, Database Administration, Problem SolvingExperience/Knowledge:Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience - highly preferredExperience interpreting and defining business requirements for reporting needs or business problemsUnderstanding of ETL processes, APIs, databases and database managementExperience with C++, Python or other scripting languagesStrong SQL querying skills using SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, AWS, or other databasesHas actively worked with survey platforms (ie. Verint, Qualtrics, Medallia)Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Experience with Data Visualization tools like TableauDemonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellence with developing and maintaining process documentationAbility to identify gaps and opportunities in departmental process mapping of current state and the future state workflowThe target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $30 to $35 an hour.
