About This Role: Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) a wholly owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Acquisitions Requirements Manager. Acquisition/Contracting Subject Matter Expert to work with USSTRATCOM J2 to identify all contracting actions and required information related to the execution of task order requirements for a large DIA ID/IQ contract. Responsibilities: Support the Program Management Office (PMO) for a large DIA ID/IQ contract. Manage development of task order requirements, development, creation, and execution Team with Government stakeholders to document requirements and develop evaluation criteria Develop and maintain the procurement forecast of upcoming requirements Advise contracting offices and stakeholders conducting proposal evaluations Attend stakeholder and vendor meetings, develop financial plans and performance documentation, participate in governance functions, and develop budgeting and forecasting documentation Develop supporting documentation, preparing for contract reviews and draft contracting documents Support reviewing, revising, publishing, and maintaining contract documentation, and quality checks for stakeholder requirements The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications: Senior contractor capture/business development experience in Federal Contract Sector Experience with the responding to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, Task Orders and Government Solicitations Highly skilled reviewing, screening, and answering RFP requirements such as Sections C, L, M Involvement in innovative and rapid procurement operations within 60 to 90 days Outstanding verbal communications skills Demonstrated success with effective coordination with customers and government stakeholders Strong technical and proposal experience and writing skills Professional Certifications: N/A Education: Bachelor’s Degree Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance w/ CI Poly Years of Professional Experience: 10+ years’ experience with capture or acquisition, or equivalent training and/or experience with a master’s degree or advanced training “Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of FAR requirements and DOD acquisition processes ​ Why Tria?
