Overview Job Summary: - Provide exceptional -client support and responsible for instructing all new CPAP set ups. - Ability to work with clients with initial fitting and all followup needs. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Responsible for setting up and instructing all new CPAP set ups. Implements client teaching during the initial fitting and at any follow-up calls. Ability to make necessary modifications and to fit the client. Utilize the mask guarantee program. Must be knowledgeable in the following areas: - - - Use and care of the Products - - - -Fitting problems and how to solve them - - - -Patient Rights and Responsibilities - - - -Company's services and availability - - - -Patient Instruction and Follow-up - - - -All Patient oriented paperwork - - - -Community Resources Assist with education events for patients/clients and community. Performs other duties as needed Qualifications Education: Minimum: High School Diploma or GED -Experience: Required: 1-2 years previous experience as a Respitory Therapist in a hospital setting Special Conditions of Employment Drug test Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
