A hospital in Minot, North Dakota is looking to hire a Pediatrics Physician. The hospital offers a $285K first-year salary that includes a base of $255K and a $30K commencement bonus. This is a Hospital-employed traditional position that is primarily outpatient. The inpatient volume is low. The facility is established and has a group of 9 pediatricians. The physician will work a 5-day workweek, with half a day reserved for paperwork, and a weekend call schedule of 1:5. While on-call, the physician will attend deliveries when requested and participate in newborn and inpatient rounding. The physician will have the opportunity to teach.
