As part of our expansion, we are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Hybrid Recruiter to join our HR team and support our talent acquisition efforts. Position Summary The Hybrid Recruiter - Hygiene and Dentist Recruitment will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our hygiene and dentist positions. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the dental industry, recruitment best practices, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with rewarding career opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies and campaigns for hygiene and dentist positions.• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods.• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.• Help develop compelling recruitment marketing content and campaigns targeting hygiene and dentist professionals.• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and optimize hiring outcomes.• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports.• Travel as needed• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 6 years of experience in Dental Recruiting, with a focus on hygiene and dentist positions preferred.• Deep understanding of the dental industry, including knowledge of hygiene and dentist roles, certifications, and licensure requirements.• Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent through diverse channels and methods.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office suite, and other recruitment tools.• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes and meeting hiring targets.
