What You’ll Do: Complete in-home plumbing repairs - replace faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc. Establish customer rapport to offer the right products and services - help the Customer make an informed and intelligent choice Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business Maintain a clean, organized service truck with inventory Participate actively in all training exercises & morning meetings Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets What Makes You Great? 7+ years of service plumbing experience Plumbing license Customer-focused with very good communication skills You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity, and a competitive spirit Your already positive attitude!
