CNC Machinist or Manual (2nd shift)

Description:
Job Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Apply safe working methods- Set-up, operate, and adjust various CNC machines- Machine to OEM specifications maintaining tight tolerances- Perform a variety of associated functions to maintain continuous operation of the machines- Operate overhead cranes/jib cranes, grinders, hand tools, and precision measurement tools- Maintain required job skills and knowledge requirements- Maintain work area, equipment, and all documents/records to be audit ready at all times- Collaborates with team members in the creation, implementation, and training of standard work procedures- Perform other job-related tasks as assignedQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Technical school or certification in related discipline preferred- 3-5 years as a CNC or manual machinist- Use of fine motor skills- Use of hand tools- Work in awkward positions and in tight spaces including forward reach, lateral reach, squat, overhead reaching, twisting, and forward head and rotation of neck- Must be able to lift 50 pounds- Computer skills- Ability to read prints and use gauges for quality inspection We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
