Provide a high level of customer experience by ensuring ICAT's compliance with industry standards, working with the sales team to develop and grow Government Sector business. What do we need from you? Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or supply chain field preferred. 5+ years of transportation and/or forwarding experience. In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance procedures Experience with negotiation and benchmarking expectations. Experience with best practices for cultivating a customer-focused culture. Proven track record of building relationships and gaining credibility with customers, co-workers, and business partners.
