These services include establishing accounts, processing shareholder and broker/dealer trades, facilitating money movement between the fund and shareholders, completing analysis of fund and investor data, and more. What You Will Get To Do: Answer shareholder and Broker/Dealer calls and respond to inquiries related to general account information, fund performance, fund portfolio holdings, cost basis, etc. Review new account documentation and establish accounts as needed Review and respond to requests from clients, intermediaries and shareholders Communicate complex financial information in tangible, simple terms Analyze and complete trades, maintenances, statement requests and written inquiries Correspond with and contact Dealers and Investors as needed Research and callout to Broker/Dealers in regards to NSCC trading Perform callout campaigns for Clients What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work and education experience preferred Must have previous customer service or call center experience and be able to multi task Attention to detail and accuracy Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook) Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Must be willing to work on site 6 days/month Hours are 9:30 - 6PM Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
