About the Role: A Day in the Life of a Lead Generator As a Lead Generator at PharmaCentra, you play a pivotal role in our mission to serve the healthcare community. Your responsibilities include: Conduct cold calls to medical offices and clinics to promote our client's extensive range of medical supplies, including pharmaceuticals, vaccines, equipment, and accessories. Identify decision-makers within the target organization Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to articulate the advantages, features, and benefits of our client's products and services. Seeking commitment from purchasing agent to use and place orders for medical supplies with our client by securing credit application. Building rapport and relationships with healthcare professionals and office personnel through regular calling cycles. Utilizing our CRM system to keep accurate records of calls, product details, and relevant information. Key Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Comfortable making cold calls over the phone. Proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to build relationships and close deals. Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including medical products, regulations, and market dynamics. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Requirements: High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Business or Sales and Marketing preferred. Previous experience in cold calling for medical supply sales, pharmaceutical sales, or related healthcare sales roles. High-speed internet access is required. Ability to complete virtual training and certification tests. Ability to work in a quiet, private, and high-speed internet-equipped home office environment. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (work-from-home call center position). Benefits: Competitive pay rate.
