A company is looking for a Systems Project Manager, PMO. Key Responsibilities: Manage intake process for all requests aligning with organizational goals Triage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and features based on impact and urgency Lead cross-functional teams in addressing incidents and fulfilling service requests promptly Required Qualifications: 5-6 years of project management experience with a focus on IT systems and operations using Agile methodologies Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred Proven experience as a Jira administrator with a deep understanding of workflows, permissions, and customizations Strong proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools, with experience as a product owner or administrator Solid understanding of business analysis principles and techniques, with hands-on experience in requirements gathering and documentation
